Being a model, looks are important for Kelly Brook, who fears the ageing process. However, the 33-year-old says she looks after her skin well to avoid wrinkles.
“It’s pretty terrifying. But I guess the great thing about getting older is you can approach life in a confident way, as you’re more experienced,” the femalefirst.co.uk quoted the 33-year-old as saying.
“Facials are important, I have a massage and cleanse every three weeks. I use Linda Meredith and Yonka skincare ranges. They’re quite expensive, but I think it’s important to invest in good-quality products and ingredients,” she told LOOK magazine.
Brook also watches what she eats.
“I’ve been good over the last few weeks and worked out a lot. I’ve cut sugar out and feel better for it. I just have to have a little bit of what I fancy – everything in moderation,” said Brook.
